Kitchen Crew Member – Full-Time

Plano, TX | Approximately 60 hrs/week | Free Staff Meal

Small kitchen seeking a dependable and experienced crew member. This is an all-around role — prep, cook, plate, clean, and support wherever needed.

We operate with a lean team. Everyone contributes. When business slows, we prep, organize, and improve the kitchen. There is always something productive to do.

This position is ideal for someone who values steady hours, clear expectations, and the opportunity to grow into greater responsibility over time.

Responsibilities:

• Food prep and line cooking
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Dishwashing and closing duties
• Following established systems and procedures
• Supporting all areas of the kitchen as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior kitchen experience required
• Comfortable working multiple stations
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Punctual and consistent
• Team-oriented, low-drama mindset
