Join a high-performing, nationally ranked insurance agency. The Mundell Insurance Agency is expanding, and we have an immediate opening for a full-time Agency Producer. If you are passionate about sales, love helping people, and want to build a real career in insurance, this is a great opportunity.

As an Agency Producer, you will work new leads, quote and sell personal lines and small commercial policies, and build long-term client relationships through strong follow up and great communication. We move fast, we train hard, and we keep the culture positive.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

Requirements

• California Property and Casualty license preferred (must obtain within 60 days if not currently licensed)
• Coachability and a strong work ethic
• High energy, positive attitude, and good people skills
• Comfortable on the phone and confident talking to clients
• Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up
• Able to follow a proven process and use our systems daily. You’ll log activity, keep clean notes, and stay on top of tasks in our agency management and CRM tools so nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with new leads quickly
• Run discovery calls and gather clean info for accurate quotes
• Quote and sell auto, home, umbrella, life, renters, landlord, and small commercial policies
• Present options clearly and help clients choose the right fit
• Follow up consistently until you get a yes or no
• Work with carriers and underwriting to get approvals and bind coverage
• Cross-sell and build multi-policy households
• Track activity and document notes in our agency systems
• Hit weekly activity and sales goals
