Job Description:
The Customer Service & Operations Officer will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, supporting students with inquiries, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional manner
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries
  • Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and policies
  • Coordinate class schedules, attendance, and teacher assignments
  • Manage student registrations, payments, and documentation
  • Support HR and operations in day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Assist with event coordination and student engagement activities
  • Ensure smooth communication between management, teachers, and students
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in customer service, operations, or administration (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
