Job Opening – Customer Care Assistant

We are currently looking for a Customer Care Assistant to join our team at a well-established sweets company in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and orders professionally (phone, and online).
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure timely order processing.
  • Manage complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up on feedback
  • Requirements:
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is an advantage).
  • Friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer knowledge.
