Job Opening – Customer Care Assistant
We are currently looking for a Customer Care Assistant to join our team at a well-established sweets company in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and orders professionally (phone, and online).
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure timely order processing.
- Manage complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on feedback
- Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is an advantage).
- Friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer knowledge.
