As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage guest laundry services by collecting, sorting, cleaning, pressing, and inspecting garments per care labels and hotel standards.
• Oversee uniform and linen care, including sorting, cleaning, distributing, repairing, and conducting inventory checks to ensure quality and hygiene.
• Operate laundry machinery safely and effectively, adhering to maintenance and operational guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of uniforms and linens in a clean, organized environment.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth laundry operations, especially during high-demand periods.
• Respond promptly to guest laundry requests, deliver items on time, handle complaints professionally, and create memorable experiences aligned with MOHG standards.

As a Laundry Attendant, we expect from you:

• Senior High School Diploma or equivalent required; Vocational training in Textiles, Fabric Care, or Hospitality is a plus.
• At least 1 year of laundry or housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel, with Middle East or pre-opening experience considered an advantage.
• Skilled in operating laundry machinery and using cleaning chemicals safely, with solid knowledge of fabric types and their care.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English is essential; Arabic language proficiency is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capacity to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Physically fit to perform demanding tasks, with flexibility to work overnight shifts and maintain a professional appearance.
