Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Counter Sales/Office Assistant to join our team! Duties
- Greet customers at the counter with enthusiasm, providing knowledgeable assistance on products and services
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, or digital payments
- Manage front desk responsibilities including answering multi-line phone systems, directing calls, and taking messages
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure all paperwork is proofread for accuracy
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and general clerical duties
- Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and product displays to enhance the customer experience
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Desired – Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus for handling basic financial records
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to manage multi-line phone systems and busy front desks
- Clerical experience involving data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management preferred
