Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Build rapport with guests to enhance their overall dining experience

Skills

• Proficiency in basic math for order accuracy and cash handling
• Experience working in a restaurant setting is advantageous
• Knowledge of reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus
• Strong guest relations skills to provide excellent customer service
• Familiarity with the food industry practices and standards
