We are looking for a motivated FacilitiesCoordinator to assist in managing day-to-day operations at project sites. The role includes supporting maintenance activities, coordinating with vendors, ensuring safety compliance, and assisting rope access supervision under guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating routine maintenance and facility services at project sites.
- Support rope access activities and ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Conduct site inspections and report facility issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for cleaning, pest control, and maintenance.
- Maintain records like maintenance logs and inspection reports.
- Assist with mobilization and setup of temporary site facilities and utilities.
- Support compliance with safety regulations and HSE documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the facilities team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Up to 2 years of experience in facilities or site coordination.
- Basic knowledge of construction site facilities and safety protocols.
- UAE driving license preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Arabic proficiency (mandatory).
