Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems. This role requires proficiency in using various tools and equipment, as well as the understaning of blueprints. The Fire Sprinkler Technician will work on construction sites, ensuring that all fire protection systems are installed according to safety regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fire sprinkler systems in commercial and residential buildings.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of fire sprinkler systems.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools for the installation and maintenance of piping systems.
• Troubleshoot issues with fire sprinkler systems and perform necessary repairs.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and soldering equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics related to fire protection systems.
• Experience working with pipelines and construction site protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications or licenses related to fire sprinkler installation are a plus but not required.
