• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment to ensure a safe and organized environment
• Serve meals efficiently in accordance with established service protocols, including catering events if applicable
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal delivery and excellent food service experience
• Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dietary departments, dietary aide roles, or the food industry is highly desirable
• Strong food preparation and cooking skills, including proficiency with knife handling and meal assembly
• Experience in menu planning and fine dining environments is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Prior restaurant or catering experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
