• Follow established safety procedures to handle cleaning chemicals responsibly and prevent accidents
• Dispose of waste properly, ensuring recycling protocols are adhered to where applicable
• Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the supervisor promptly
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a hygienic environment for all building occupants
• Support special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisors to maintain high standards of cleanliness

Experience

• Prior experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work standards
• Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be offered
• Excellent communication skills and reliability are essential for maintaining smooth operations
