Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items meet quality and safety standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and upsell menu items to enhance sales
• Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food truck area, including bussing tables and food handling procedures
• Support quick service operations by managing order flow and ensuring timely delivery of food to customers
• Follow food safety protocols, proper sanitation practices, and food industry regulations at all times

Skills

• Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or food service in quick service or fast-food environments
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math tasks accurately
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
• Previous restaurant or café experience is a plus; retail or grocery store background is beneficial
