Full job description

  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and related areas.
  • Washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment.
  • Stocking and restocking supplies, such as food, utensils, and cleaning products.
  • Removing trash and recycling from the kitchen and disposing of it properly.
  • Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.
  • Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of proper sanitation and food safety procedures.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
