First String Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is building a high-performance residential service division from the ground up.

We are a family-owned, people-first company focused on clean execution, strong margins, and long-term growth. Historically, our revenue has been new construction and project-based work. We are now launching a disciplined residential service operation designed to scale aggressively and profitably.

This is not a middle-management position.

This is a founding leadership role for someone who has built or scaled a plumbing service division and wants the authority to do it again — without red tape, politics, or bureaucracy.
