Greentech Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate for a Cleaner/Caretaker.

Greentech Manufacturing, Inc. manufactures Crown Royal Stoves, a line of outdoor furnaces and automated biomass boilers that are used to heat homes and businesses. We also provide a full line of plumbing and heating products.

Cleaner Job Duties:

• Caretaking office and two homes
• Vacuuming/Sweeping
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms and breakrooms
• Window cleaning
• Cleaning Ceiling Vents/Lights
• Disinfecting high traffic/touch areas
• Emptying trash and transporting to proper disposal area
• Occasionally work in an outdoor environment
• Painting
• Running Errands
• Lawn Mowing, Gardening, Outdoor Cleanup, Etc.
• Can include: Grocery Shopping, Party Planning, Occasional Cooking
• This is not intended to be a full list of duties. Other jobs assigned based on applicant’s abilities.

Required Skills: The candidate must have a strong work ethic, be dependable, organized and able to multi-task, and have excellent time management skills. Other important qualities include: Problem Solving; Attention to Detail & Quality; Strong Communication Skills; Computer Literate; Ability to work Independently with Minimal Supervision; Ability to bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, and reach overhead; Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hours per day; Minimal Heavy Lifting.

Education: High School Diploma or GED. 12-24 months previous cleaning experience required.
