Coastal Homes Real Estate is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence and generate quality real estate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, property videos, captions).
• Promote property listings and investment opportunities.
• Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Generate and track qualified leads.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead follow-up.
• Monitor trends and competitor activity in the UAE real estate market.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of social media marketing experience (real estate preferred).
• Experience running paid ads (Meta Ads Manager).
• Basic graphic design & video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
• Result-oriented and sales-driven mindset.
