Duties

• Safely operate shuttle vehicles.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and proper maintenance, reporting any issues promptly.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Manage delivery tasks when applicable
• Maintain great vehicle condition
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate schedules and address any operational concerns.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and routine cleanliness checks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in shuttle driving or delivery driving.
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with passengers and team members
• Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices for safe driving.
• Experience with maintenance checks and basic vehicle cleanliness is preferred.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and professionalism at all times.
