Hiring: Child Care Center – Front Office Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated early childhood professional to join our team at a large, high-quality child care center. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily operations, family communication, enrollment processes, and financial systems.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in early childhood education, along with hands-on administrative experience working within a large licensed child care center environment. This individual should be comfortable supporting both operational and family-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.

Minimum Requirements

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a large child care center
  • Direct experience supporting center operations, front office systems, and family engagement
  • Proven experience using Procare for billing, tuition management, family accounts, and reporting
  • Experience working alongside leadership teams to support enrollment, compliance, and staffing needs
  • Strong understanding of licensing standards and daily center workflows
  • Ability to communicate effectively with families, staff, and leadership

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Supporting daily operations of a high-capacity child care center
  • Managing tuition billing, account tracking, and reporting through Procare
  • Assisting with enrollment processes including tours, follow-ups, and onboarding families
  • Maintaining compliance documentation and accurate student records
  • Supporting staffing schedules and classroom coverage needs
  • Acting as a liaison between families and leadership
  • Promoting a welcoming and professional front office environment
