At the Atlantic View Hotel, a spotless room isn’t just a standard—it’s a welcome. As a Guest Room Attendant, you’ll help create the comfort and cleanliness that guests remember long after checkout. A tidy, well-prepared space helps guests relax into their summer vacation and sets the tone for a great stay.

Primary Job Duties:

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

– Provide courteous, friendly service to guests and coworkers

– Clean and service approximately 12 guest rooms per day

– Perform deep cleaning of rooms as needed

– Report guest-related issues to the supervisor promptly

– Assist with cleaning and maintaining balconies when requested

– Help with additional room assignments as needed

– Return keys and report to the supervisor at shift end

– Maintain housekeeping cart in a neat and orderly fashion

– Follow all company rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

– Assist fellow housekeeping team members as needed

– Support positive guest experiences through prompt and efficient service

– Perform related housekeeping duties as requested

Qualifications:

Required:

– Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required

– Ability to work well with other departments, guests, and management

– Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

– Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

– Clear verbal communication in English

– Professional, confident, and well-groomed presentation
