Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services.
- Maintain guest records and ensure accurate billing.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Deliver high-quality customer service in line with hotel standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Services (Hotel industry).
- IDS knowledge is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle multitasking and work in a fast-paced environment.
