Role Overview

This role combines customer service, sales, and luxury client handling. You will be responsible for

managing WhatsApp inquiries, assisting with private viewings, and ensuring every client receives a

premium experience aligned with our brand values.

Responsibilities

• Reply to WhatsApp and Instagram inquiries professionally and promptly
• Follow up with clients to close sales
• Assist during private viewings and showroom appointments
• Coordinate client measurements and alteration notes
• Schedule appointments and manage client database
• Track orders and update clients on production timelines
• Upsell matching items when appropriate
• Maintain a calm, elegant, and solution-oriented communication style
