Reservation Sales Agent – Holiday Homes (Dubai Experience Required)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Reservation Sales Agent to join our Holiday Homes team in Dubai!

Location: Dubai
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 3,500 – 5,500 (depending on experience)
• Attractive commission structure
• Visa, medical insurance, and air ticket after 2 years of service

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize bookings across Airbnb, Booking.com, Property Finder, and Bayut
• Handle guest inquiries and reservations efficiently
• Focus on increasing occupancy rates and onboarding new properties
• Coordinate with operations and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth check-ins and guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate property listings and pricing updates across all platforms
• Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in reservations within the Holiday Homes or Hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, Property Finder, and Bayut
• Dubai experience is a must
• Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
