Role Overview
As a Warehouse Storekeeper at EVS Dubai, you will be the backbone of our workshop operations. You will be responsible for managing the intake, storage, and issuance of high-value EV parts, tools, and consumables. We are looking for an organized professional who takes pride in maintaining a clean, efficient, and high-tech warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Control: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Stock Management: Organize the warehouse layout to ensure parts are easily accessible and safely stored (especially high-voltage components).
- Issuance: Accurately issue parts and tools to technicians and update the inventory records immediately.
- System Updates: Maintain real-time stock data using our Odoo/ERP system.
- Documentation: Manage all warehouse paperwork, including GRNs (Goods Received Notes), delivery leaks, and return-to-vendor logs.
- Safety & Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse meets UAE safety standards and maintain strict cleanliness in the storage area.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in an automotive or electronics warehouse.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP software (Odoo knowledge is a major plus).
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting parts and organizing shelving.
- Communication: Good command of English (Verbal and Written).
- Mindset: Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to preventing stock discrepancies.
- Availability: Candidates on visit visa or cancelled visa who can join immediately will be prioritized.
