Job Summary

Dermazone Laser & Cosmetic Center is seeking a dependable and well-organized Storekeeper to manage medical and general inventory operations within the clinic. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in healthcare or medical store environments and ensure accurate stock control in compliance with UAE healthcare standards.

Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Tagalog will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly record incoming medical and non-medical supplies
• Maintain accurate stock records (manual and system-based)
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to prevent shortages
• Coordinate with the Procurement Department for timely replenishment
• Ensure proper storage conditions as per medical and supplier guidelines
• Monitor expiry dates and implement FIFO/FEFO inventory practices
• Prepare periodic stock and consumption reports for management
• Assist during internal audits and inventory verification processes
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store area
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper (healthcare/medical field preferred)
• Good knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock management systems
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel and inventory software)
• Good English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Tagalog language proficiency is an advantage
