We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be a customer service-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring positive guest experiences.
Responsibilities
– Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
– Check guests in and out efficiently, handling all payment transactions accurately
– Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally
– Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues they may have during their stay
– Perform night audit duties as needed to ensure accurate daily accounting records
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements
– Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role, preferably within a hotel or resort setting
– Proficiency in bilingual communication is a plus
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest relations effectively
– Knowledge of hospitality management practices and hotel operations
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
