Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B media and the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand authority, grow targeted audiences, and support commercial performance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in positioning the company as a trusted thought leader for pharma, biotech, policy, and life sciences stakeholders, while aligning marketing, editorial, CRM, and commercial efforts to deliver measurable growth in visibility, engagement, and conversions.

This role requires a marketer who understands highly specialised audiences, complex content (e.g. reports, interviews, legal handbooks, market access insights), and the importance of credibility, tone, and data-driven decision-making in healthcare media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute B2B marketing strategy aligned with commercial, editorial, and brand objectives
  • Position the company as a trusted thought leader in healthcare and life sciences media
  • Promote high-value content (reports, interviews, handbooks, events) through targeted, multi-channel campaigns
  • Grow and engage a highly qualified B2B audience via LinkedIn, email, CRM, and content-led marketing
  • Translate complex healthcare and regulatory topics into clear, compelling marketing messaging
  • Manage digital campaigns, analytics, and CRM segmentation to drive visibility, engagement, and conversions
  • Support revenue growth by marketing premium products, partnerships, and launches while ensuring credible, compliant communications
