We are hiring Sales Development Representatives who can prospect, qualify, and develop opportunities. High performers will have the opportunity to transition into running full sales calls.
This role requires consistent outbound activity, strong communication skills, and daily performance tracking. It is well-suited for candidates who want to grow into high-ticket closing and build long-term sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and initiate conversations via phone, SMS, email, and social platforms
- Work inbound and existing CRM pipeline (50,000+ contacts)
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Book appointments for senior sales reps
- Run sales calls after completing training (if eligible)
- Track daily KPIs including outreach, booked calls, show rate, and revenue
- Participate in ongoing sales training and call reviews
- Maintain accurate CRM records
Compensation Structure
- Commission: 5%–30% of cash collected
- Performance bonuses tied to KPIs
- Increased commission tiers based on consistent performance
- Earnings ramp during first 30–60 days as pipeline develops
Compensation is performance-based and scalable.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales, SDR, or outbound prospecting experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
- Organized and metric-driven
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, GHL, Apollo, or similar)
- Professionalism, integrity, and accountability
Preferred:
- Experience selling coaching, SaaS, or marketing services
- Experience managing a full sales cycle
