Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Answer and direct incoming calls- Monitor the front desk by greeting and directing visitors in a welcoming manner
- Coordinate package deliveries (inbound & outbound)
Office Administration:
Coordinate usage of conference rooms for coworkers and guests- Receive and sort mail courier documents and faxes daily
- Extend administration support to various colleagues
- Order and maintain inventory of office and break room supplies as needed
- Organize large mailers
- Ensure various building areas such as: coffee, kitchen, reception, and conference rooms are kept tidy and well-stocked
Global Responsibilities:
Regular attendance and physical presence at work is an essential function of this position- This job may require additional duties not listed above and the employee may be asked to perform those duties to meet business needs
Qualifications:
Education/Specialized Knowledge/Professional Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
