Receptionist

y of greeting guests, answering, and transferring calls, and coordinating the use of the conference rooms


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Service:


  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Monitor the front desk by greeting and directing visitors in a welcoming manner
  • Coordinate package deliveries (inbound & outbound)


Office Administration:


  • Coordinate usage of conference rooms for coworkers and guests
  • Receive and sort mail courier documents and faxes daily
  • Extend administration support to various colleagues
  • Order and maintain inventory of office and break room supplies as needed
  • Organize large mailers
  • Ensure various building areas such as: coffee, kitchen, reception, and conference rooms are kept tidy and well-stocked


Global Responsibilities:


  • Regular attendance and physical presence at work is an essential function of this position
  • This job may require additional duties not listed above and the employee may be asked to perform those duties to meet business needs


Qualifications:

Education/Specialized Knowledge/Professional Certifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
