What you’ll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • You will be responsible for overseeing of the Housekeeping Office operations to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • You will provide administrative assistance, including emails, computer input, filing, tracing, answering telephones, printing reports, payroll, maintaining departmental record logs.
  • You will ensure that all calls and requests are actioned and completed as per standards.
  • You will log and action all maintenance, PPM, marble polishing, pest control and carpet shampooing.
  • You will ensure that all keys and work mobiles are inventoried and signed in and out daily.
  • You will complete inventories of all Housekeeping amenities and cleaning supplies and arrange orders as required.
  • You will update VIP, occupancy, special requests with all housekeeping team.
  • You will prepare and update housekeeping assignments as required throughout the day.
  • You will follow up on arrivals and departures and update Housekeeping team accordingly.
  • You will ensure that all Lost and Found is logged and stored as per policy and procedures.

  • Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong guest service ethic.
  • English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
  • You will be organized, articulate and adaptable.
  • You will have a high school education and bring your past experience working for luxury hotels.
