Now Hiring: Dishwasher / Prep Cook

Shirube Japanese Izakaya – Santa Monica, CA

Shirube is hiring immediately for a Dishwasher / Prep Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team.

We are looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and ready to start ASAP.

Requirements:

• Fluent English required (must communicate clearly with team & management)
• Previous dishwashing experience required
• Weekend availability preferred
• Able to work evening shifts
• Team-oriented and comfortable in a busy kitchen

Responsibilities:

• Wash and organize dishes during service
• Keep dish area and kitchen clean
• Assist with prep work
• Clean two small restrooms

Bus tables when needed
