Overview:

As a Cashier, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that every guest experiences the true essence of our restaurant – from the perfect crust to the innovative toppings. We value a commitment to providing a positive experience for our guests and team members alike.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Accurately handle cash and card transactions, including operating a cash register.
  • Ensure order accuracy and timely service.
  • Answer customer questions and provide information about menu items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance customer experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and a commitment to resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service is essential. Cashiers should have strong interpersonal skills, be friendly, patient, and able to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Cashiers need to be accurate when processing transactions, handling cash, and recording sales. Attention to detail is crucial to avoid mistakes.
  • Familiarity with using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems is important. This includes knowing how to count money, provide correct change, and operate relevant equipment.
  • Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays
  • Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
  • Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment
