Restaurant Server – Brown Derby Steakhouse (Streetsboro, OH)

Brown Derby Steakhouse in Streetsboro is looking for experienced, professional servers to join our front-of-house team. We’re a long-standing, high-volume steakhouse known for quality food, strong service standards, and loyal guests.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient table service
• Guide guests through our menu, nightly features, and drink selections
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
• Maintain a clean, organized section
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth service
• Handle guest needs and concerns professionally

What We’re Looking For

• Previous serving experience preferred (steakhouse or full-service restaurant a plus)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy dining room
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
