Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are sanitized and ready for use. Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans in accordance with health and safety standards
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas as needed
• Support food preparation tasks such as basic food handling and cleaning of kitchen surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure proper disposal of waste
• Support catering and banquet events by providing timely dishwashing services
• Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and kitchen sanitation
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of food handling, cleaning procedures, and kitchen safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong work ethic with a focus on cleanliness and organization
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if required
