Hostess – Jane’s Fine Dining Restaurant
Location: Upstairs inside BJ’s Casino
Pay: Starting at $18.25/hour + Tips!

Jane’s is our upscale dining experience located upstairs in BJ’s Casino. We’re looking for a friendly, polished, and professional Hostess to help set the tone for exceptional guest service from the moment diners arrive.

About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our guests, the Hostess is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming environment. You’ll answer phones, manage reservations, greet and seat guests, and provide general support to the front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor
• Answer phone calls and manage dining reservations
• Maintain an organized and accurate seating chart
• Communicate with servers and kitchen to manage flow of service
• Support the team with any additional guest service needs

Qualifications:

• Previous hostess or reservation experience preferred, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional attitude and polished appearance
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
