Since 1989, we’ve specialized in office-only cleaning for Sioux Falls businesses—low-risk work (no ladders or heavy machines).

Pay & Perks
✔ $17.00 – $24.00 per hour ($17/hr base + up to $7/hr performance bonus)
✔ Bonuses & training: Paid training, $80 retention bonus, Christmas bonus
✔ Earbuds: Allowed
✔ Holidays: Not scheduled; voluntary shifts permitted

Schedule
✔ Select one permanent schedule track:

• Weekends: complete your shift anytime between Friday 5 pm and Sunday 9 pm (overnights OK).
• 1 to 2 set weekday evenings: complete your shift anytime between 5 pm and 10 pm. We’ll match you to specific client windows; not all nights are always available.

✔ Most shifts last 2–4 hours; some may be shorter or longer depending on the client.
✔ Begin with 3–8 hours per week, with the option to increase later.
✔ First 60 days: plan to make every scheduled shift (barring emergencies) so you and the client establish a steady routine.

✔ You’re dependable and communicate promptly during shift hours
✔ You’re comfortable working independently after hours

What you’ll do
✔ Clean professional offices after hours using our checklists and quality standards: restrooms, breakrooms, trash, surfaces, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
✔ Communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality
✔ Show up reliably and finish on time

Must-haves
✔ Permanent home address in Sioux Falls, Brandon, Harrisburg or Tea
✔ Valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle for work transportation
✔ Personal smartphone with calls/texts + data plan
✔ Eligibility to work in the U.S. (I-9 documents required)
✔ Ability to lift 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, and kneeling while on your feet
✔ Post-offer background check (job-related convictions may disqualify)
✔ Read, write, and communicate in English
✔ Be at least 18 years old
