Full job description
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to manage both inbound and outbound calls. The role involves scheduling delivery timings, confirming customer addresses, creating and updating orders in the system, and handling inquiries, complaints, and order status updates.
The ideal candidate must be confident on the phone, organized, and able to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Handle inbound calls
- Ensure all customer information is accurately entered into the system
- Coordinate with delivery and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment
- Follow up on pending confirmations and unresolved cases
Requirements:
- Must be currently in the UAE
- Fluent in English is mandatory (spoken and written)
- Arabic speaking is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and computer applications
- Ability to handle high call volumes
- Professional phone etiquette
Previous experience in:
- Call center
- Customer Service
- Delivery operations
