Role:

• We are looking for responsible and highly motivated cahier/ customer service staff to work front of house in our new Orchard Park location. They should be able to perform all tasks listed below and do so in a friendly and timely manner.

Responsibilities (will train):

• Serving customers cookies and drinks in a friendly and timely manner
• Using our Point of Sale system to cash out customers
• Staying up to date on our current offerings with a knowledge of presentation of all offerings established in our digital weekly communication to all employees
• Baking cookies in the oven to keep up with demand throughout workday (18+)
• Making sure all orders are fulfilled promptly and picked-up without issue
• Completing all daily and weekly cleaning and organizing tasks assigned
• Opening and/or closing the shop. – Should have a full working knowledge of all steps required to run the front of house from open to close.
