The Chicago Highlands Club is currently seeking upbeat and personable servers to join our Food and Beverage team.

Job Description:

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality while establishing relationships with members throughout the club.
• Deliver exceptional dining experiences to our members and their guests.
• Stock, organize, and maintain restaurant equipment, dining room, and patio.
• Required to set up and break down restaurant areas and bar as needed
• Perform side work as assigned.
• Keep the dining areas and patio clean and presentable at all times while always providing friendly and attentive service.
• Place and serve food orders, as well as to-go orders.
• Recommend food and beverage items to our members (prior knowledge of wine and spirits is a plus)

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, club events, and some holidays.
• Must be Food Handler and BASSET certified.
• Must possess a desire to satisfy the needs of members and guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have the ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs
