Duties

• Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading boxes and heavy items using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques
• Support route by helping to organize packages and ensure accurate deliveries
• Help carry items into customer locations, providing excellent customer service and ensuring satisfaction
• Load trucks efficiently and securely to prevent damage during transit
• Aid in maintaining safety protocols during all handling and delivery processes
• Support the driver with route navigation, time management, and documentation as needed
• Work as a team with the Driver of the Van
• Have a Can Do attitude as we deliver in all weather

Experience

• Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with loading/unloading operations is preferred
• Experience working with commercial vehicles such as box trucks or similar delivery vehicles is a plus
• Prior delivery driver experience or courier work demonstrating safe driving habits and route familiarity is advantageous
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely maxium of 50lbs and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards assisting clients during deliveries
• Valid State issued ID or passport
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
