Duties

• Prepare and package products securely for shipment, utilizing proper packaging techniques to prevent damage during transit
• Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders with precision
• Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, replenishing supplies, and conducting regular inventory counts in accordance with warehouse distribution protocols
• Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickup schedules and ensure all outbound shipments meet company standards and deadlines

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments is preferred, but not required
• Strong basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying shipment details
• Experience with shipping & receiving processes, order fulfillment, picking & packing techniques in an e-commerce setting is desirable
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate stock management and order accuracy
