Duties:

– Provide exceptional guest service, including check-in, check-out, and answering guest inquiries.
– Ensuring all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.
– Utilize phone systems to respond to guest calls and messages, as well as handle internal communications.
– Demonstrate a thorough understanding of resort policies, amenities, and services to ensure guests have a comprehensive experience.
– Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve any guest issues or concerns.
– Balancing the front desk and preparing reports.
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to safety and security protocols.
– Engage with guests to understand their preferences and tailor their stay to their needs.
– Offer recommendations for local attractions and activities, showcasing the guest’s potential experiences.
– Possess a strong knowledge of the local area, including restaurants, transportation, and shopping options.
– Communicate effectively in multiple languages, as needed, to ensure seamless guest service.
– Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance guest service skills.
