Position Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Slot Room Host to join our team. This person will ensure our guests feel welcomed and comfortable while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized gaming environment. This is a part-time evening position, typically 8:00pm–1:00am, ideal for someone who is dependable, approachable, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and help them feel comfortable in the slot room.
• Keep the slot room tidy, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift.
• Sanitize slot machines and other high-touch surfaces regularly.
• Clean and maintain the slot room bathroom.
• Restock complimentary drinks and snacks and keep supplies organized.
• Monitor the room for cleanliness and comfort, and communicate any issues promptly.
• Report guest concerns, machine issues, supply needs, or facility problems to management.
• Follow all house rules, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards.

• Comfortable interacting with guests and maintaining a professional, respectful presence.
• Ability to stay active/on your feet during the shift.
• Calm, discreet, and able to handle minor guest concerns professionally.
• Prior customer service, cleaning, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation and availability for late-night shifts.

Schedule:

• Part-Time, 8:00pm–1:00am (evening/night shift)
• Possible extra shifts as needed
• Store hours: 7:00am–1:00am
