Sales Floor Leads, Assistant Manager, Production Manager, Store Manager

Job purpose

To support management in achieving the company’s growth objective by maximizing sales and controlling expenses.

Duties and responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash in cash drawer.
• Accuracy in giving change to customers.
• Assist customers with problems or concerns; contact store management if needed.
• Perform general cleaning duties.
• Run racks, clean floors, and stock shelves.
• Return misplaced items to shelves.
• Support management in providing a safe environment for fellow co-workers and customers by identifying and correcting hazards and/or equipment in need of maintenance.
• Perform daily work assignments.
• Complete assigned responsibilities in a timely and effective manner.
• Make suggestions to store management in areas that could impact productivity.
• Responsible for all cash in assigned register to minimize cash loss
• Responsible for assigned cash drawer overage and shortage of cash.
• Monitor the accuracy of all transactions by items being ringed up properly. NO DISCOUNTS.
• Perform any other duties assigned to you.
• Cleaning bathrooms, breakrooms by schedule indicated.
• Maintaining and changing out of the grid walls/ mannequins.
• Maintaining and organization of the display in showcase.

Working conditions

This position will require you to move merchandise within the store weighing up to 40 pounds. You will also be standing for extended periods of time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour
