Since 1989, we’ve specialized in office-only cleaning for Sioux Falls businesses—low-risk work (no ladders or heavy machines).
Pay & Perks
✔ $20.00/hr base pay for cleaning and training
✔ Monthly performance pay tied to the clients you manage (inspections, team communications, supply delivery)
✔ Revenue share potential: in strong months, some supervisors have earned $40+/hr
✔ Bonuses: $175 retention bonus after 4 months, plus Christmas bonus

Schedule
✔ Part-time, flexible hours — 10–15 hours/week, 2–5 days/week (varies by workflow)
✔ Primary shifts — Tuesday & Wednesday sometime after 5 pm (some flexibility, especially on weekends)
✔ Start windows — Tuesday & Wednesday sometime after 5 pm; weekends anytime after Friday 5 pm (overnights OK)

What you’ll do
✔ Train & coach cleaning technicians to meet our quality standards
✔ Conduct inspections, correct issues, and provide feedback
✔ Solve problems proactively and keep work on track
✔ Support your team with supplies, answers, and encouragement
✔ Fill in for cleaning shifts when needed (typically under 4 hours)
✔ Deliver supplies and perform minor vacuum repairs (training provided)
✔ Work with other supervisors on technician absence coverage (including vacations) and first cleans at new clients
Must-haves
✔ Permanent home address in Sioux Falls, Brandon, Harrisburg, or Tea
✔ Valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle for work transportation
✔ Smartphone for work communications (texts, emails, Google apps)
✔ Home computer or tablet with internet access
✔ Eligibility to work in the U.S. (I-9 documents required)
✔ High school diploma or GED
✔ Read, write, and communicate in English
✔ At least 18 years old
✔ Post-offer background check (job-related convictions may disqualify)
✔ Able to lift 35 lbs and perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, and kneeling while on your feet
