Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Associate. In this position, you will support client accounts, assist with client requests, and help maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and communication tools
  • Assist with processing account updates and maintaining documentation
  • Ensure client information is accurate and properly recorded in internal systems
  • Monitor open requests and provide timely follow-up
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve account-related tasks

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service or client account assistance roles is a plus
