Job Overview

Winsight Staffing is currently hiring on behalf of a new luxury hotel opening in Dallas. We are seeking polished, customer-focused hospitality and restaurant professionals to join the Guest Services team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-end hotel launch and grow within an upscale hospitality environment.

Open Guest Services Positions

• Front Desk Agent
• Concierge
• Bell Attendant (Bellhop)
• Valet Attendant

Key Responsibilities (Varies by Role)

• Provide exceptional service to hotel guests
• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
• Offer concierge-level recommendations and local information
• Assist with luggage handling and guest arrivals/departures
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely (Valet roles)
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive guest experience
• Communicate effectively with hotel departments

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, hotel, or customer service experience preferred
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation for shifts at the hotel
