We’re currently seeking experienced Cashiers who bring a positive attitude, reliability, and strong customer service skills. Applicants must be at least 18 years old for this position.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers, Oregon Lottery machines, and credit card terminals
• Accurately manage cash, cigarette, and lottery ticket transactions during each shift
• Stock, price, and merchandise products on shelves and displays
• Check product expiration dates and ensure proper product presentation (“facing”)
• Receive vendor deliveries and issue checks as needed
• Learn and maintain all operational processes
• Foster a supportive and team-oriented work environment across departments
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Perform light janitorial duties such as emptying trash, cleaning windows, restrooms, equipment, and maintaining both the store interior and exterior
• Assist with any additional tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Positive, can-do attitude with strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Duties & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Arrive on time and ready to work each scheduled shift; demonstrate reliability, accountability, and attention to detail in all tasks
• Accurately handle cash, credit transactions, and related record
• Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy in every aspect of the job
• Possess a valid Food Handler’s Card (or obtain one upon hire)
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, friendly attitude
• Work independently with self-motivation and minimal supervision\
• Perform basic math functions, including counting, recording, addition, subtraction, and multiplication
