Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Duties:
– Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
– Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
– Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
– Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
– Clear tables and clean dining area as needed
– Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
– Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales

– Handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system

Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required
– Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items
– Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
– Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
– Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
– Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
