Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback with professionalism
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling procedures
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles, including serving or host/hostess positions
• Familiarity with POS systems like Toast POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
• Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for understanding food preparation processes
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
• Experience working in fine dining settings or nightclubs is advantageous but not required
