We are looking for a female Sales Admin Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales department with administrative tasks while managing front-office operations. She should be well-organized, customer-focused, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Front Office:
- Greet visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Sales Administration:
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and contracts.
- Support the coordination of deliveries, logistics, and follow-ups with clients.
- Track pending orders and ensure timely communication with customers.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management.
Administrative Support:
- Handle filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies.
- Provide general support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in sales coordination, administration, or reception.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a professional appearance.
